By engaging Bethesda Media for web design services, you agree to our project terms including the 6-month hosting commitment and clearly defined project scope. All custom builds require one round of revisions following the initial preview.
Upon final payment, you own the domain, the visual design, and the content of your website. Bethesda Media retains ownership of the underlying custom code, framework architecture, and build tools used to produce the final site.
Hosting is provided via Cloudflare's global edge network. While we target 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee constant availability due to the nature of the internet. Maintenance covers security patches and server monitoring; content updates are billed separately.
You may cancel your hosting agreement after the initial 6-month commitment period by providing 30 days' notice. If you choose to move your site, we will provide a static export of your HTML/CSS content.
